will get to the point, without a lot of talk. Start your week on an upbeat, with me, live at 2:00 pm (MT-mountain time). Each week’s posting will have what I have done and am doing, addressing the following 3 areas:

 All in only a 15-minute or less vlog. I plan to post themes with questions you want to know the answers to regarding what I did and how I did it; I will do this by showing you before and after photo proof of the result. I will put links to resources that back up, why I did what I did, on Bella-Equipoise.com my written blog website. The website is where you can find, subjects organized by topics, more about me, upcoming topics and dates of when and who will be featured in a live interview.

NOTE: The day’s topic will be posted on the www.Bella-Equipoise.com blogsite by 8:00 am MT, so you will know if you want to attend the live presentation at 2:00 pm MT.
