I drink this at 4:00 am before I do 20 minutes of yoga (My Fave what I do a different section 5 days a week) and then off to swim for 45 minutes. I have been working on what works for me for 3 years now, always improving on it. The pre-workout drinks I tried premade the caffeine in them made me jittery. So I made one that makes my body and mind feel amazing. This recipe also helps my metabolism and weight loss. I am putting this out there for you to try and adjust to fit your mind an body needs. I chose all of the ingredients for my personal health benefits. Google each ingredient yourself to find out if it is something you want too. Always before you jump into using this or any other new ingredients talk to your doctor first. I am not a doctor, I am just putting out there what I do.

1 scoop Collagen Protein (B)
1 scoop Matcha DNA Certified Organic Tea my only bit of caffeine boost (B, E, *, *)
NOTE: caffeine alternative 1 tea bag brewed in 4 oz of water Decaffeinated green tea and to see on YouTube vlog click here
1/2 a scoop Gut Assist (I use this to help me digest the drink quickly) This is a good price but for if you want a sweeter tasting drink, try this one Yuve but it is pricier. (*)
1/2 teaspoon Orange Peel Powder (*, B)
1/4 teaspoon Elderberry powder, Or open and put in one capsule Or you can eat a gummy (even if the package says to eat more I only eat one) (B, *, *)
1 teaspoon Baobab Powder (Electrolytes, African Superfruit) (B, *)
open one capsule Garcinia Cambogia 500mg (*)
open two capsules Caralluma Fimbriata (*, *) Helps lessen appetite!
1/4 teaspoon Lemongrass Power antioxidant, detoxifier, reduces inflammation, boosts immunity
1/4 teaspoon Kaffir Lime Leave Powder (B, *) 6 Health Benefits
1 teaspoon Creatine (help muscles preform)
1 scoop Beta-Alanime (help muscles preform)
1 scoop Citrulline Malate (help muscles preform)
1 scoop BCAA OR if you like it with more flavor kinda like Kool-Aid try Blue Raspberry (if it is too strong try 1/2 a scoop)
Pinch of Potassium Chloride
Open one capsule 5-HTP(5-Hydroxytryptophan) 100mg This one helps with Sleep, positive mood and supports Serotonin Synthesis! I will keep this in the recipe forever. (*)
I premix for the week 5 containers for each of the 5 days I do yoga and swim. Then the morning I swim I put it in a shaker bottle of 8 oz of water. I also eat 2 Brazil nuts (this fat helps absorb the vitamins), 2 Smarty Pants Gummies for Women (or if you prefer Adult with Fiber) and take a Glucosamine for my joints. NOTE: all of the above that say “one capsule” I open the capsule up and add it to the mix of powders.
I bought all of this in stages not all at once as I grew my recipe to meet my needs. Note as I swim I am drinking more water a sip, every other lap.
