Life Treasure Hunt
Peace and growth ideally can be accomplished at the same time. To find this ideal treasure research your past when you achieved ‘growth’ and at the same time you felt a ‘peace’ that surpassed your understanding of why you were at peace.

Self-Improvement
How do you want your future growth and feeling of peace to look like and feel like? Wise person said, “the definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing while expecting a different result”. If you want to achieve your ideal future, plan for it, it does not just happen by wishing upon a star….
Perspective Challenge
Live in the moment all day, then all week, then all month, then for several months. This does not mean to ignore the past. Learn from the past and move on! This does not mean ignore the future. Plan for what you desire your future growth to be. Do not dwelling on the past or the future too much. Focus on today so you will have peace living in the current moment.
Keep a list everyday for a week of how long you did each activity. Next week I will show you ways to find more time in your schedule and how to balance the things you want to do with the things you have to do for work and family. Example below is a typical life schedule:
Sleep 10pm-6am
Get ready for work 6am-8:30am
Drive to work 8:30am-8:50am
Waiting to clock in 8:50am-9:00am
Work 9:00am-12:00pm
Lunch 12:00pm-12:30pm
Work 12:30pm-5:30pm
Drive home from work 5:30pm-5:50pm
Make dinner 5:50pm-6:30pm
Eat dinner 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Watch TV 7:30pm – 10pm
Be honest and track your time, next week, in Part II, on April 18th I will show you how you can squeeze more time out of your schedule comfortably, so you can achieve the peace and growth you want.
